Appearance: Willow wears a circus ringmaster-themed dress which is black, purple and red. Her hair is long, dyed black, and is in two swirls, one on each side of her head, that reach down to her shoulders. On top of her head, she wears a tiny purple hat that is slightly tilted at all times, held up by a thin string around her chin. She is 5'6" tall, 120 lbs, with pale white skin and dark purple eyes (she wears colored contacts). Her dress reaches down to her thighs before poofing out slightly, and on her legs she wears long thigh-high black socks that have purple stripes going horizontally across them all the way down. She also wears black gothic boots that add another 3" to her height. The dress is sleeveless however she wears bicep-high black gloves on each arm. Upon her right cheek, she has a dark purple heart tattoo.

Personality: Very outgoing and eccentric, Willow is always excited to meet a challenge. Her love of the circus and the undead inspires her look and how she duels, often calling her monsters "Performers," and her turns "Acts." She's very social and likes to perform magic tricks for people who care to watch but as a result she likes to be the center of attention, which can sometimes get annoying and obnoxious. While her real name is Marideth Migumi, due to her love of the circus she chooses to name herself "Will-'o-the-Wisp" or "Willow" for short. Not much makes her angry, except for people who criticize her performance whether it be in a duel or otherwise. She treats life as something that shouldn't be wasted, and as such she rarely sleeps, which causes slight insanity in her from time to time although it is innocent (usually she just rambles and mumbles to herself).

Backstory: As a young child, Marideth always loved going to the circus with her family. Every stunt, every action, every magic act simply excited her. She had been going to the circus every year since she was 5 years old, and yet every act seemed like it was the first time she had seen it. When she got older, she aspired to to become a circus ringmaster herself and began practicing at school. At school, she would perform all sorts of magic tricks for her friends which drew the attention of others at the school. Around 2002, she was performing a magic trick for her friends when something caught her eye; some people across the room from her were playing a card game, later to be found out would be called "duel monsters." Interested, she looked through one of the kids' decks and was immediately drawn to the various Zombie-type cards within it. Seeing the artwork and taking an interest in the game, she began practicing her magic tricks with various Duel Monsters cards and slowly began to make her own Zombie deck. Seeing her interest in the game, her parents opted to send her to Duel Academy to learn more about it and pursue a potential career in the game, as her parents heard about the famous companies who manufactured the game; they believed one day she could get a job at a place like Kaiba Corp, even though she had no interest in doing so. Now not only does she aspire to become a circus ringmaster, but now she aspires to become a Duel Master.
