During either player's turn, if your opponent controls more monsters than you do: You can discard this card; reveal 1 card from your Extra Deck, then look at your opponent's Extra Deck, and if they have a card(s) with the same name as the revealed card, banish all cards with that name from their Extra Deck. You can only use this effect of "Floating Ghost & Cherry Blossom" once per turn.

I think this card will see quite a lot of play in the upcoming formats due to the fact it can knock pendulum monsters out of your opponents extra deck while also being able to get rid of important extra deck cards like Abyss Dweller or Cyber Dragon Infinity after your opponent went for a nova. However at the same time it allows counter play by having less monsters than your opponent so if he suspects you having this card they can chose to swarm less and not risk the chance of you messing up their play.

i mean your opponent needs to have a monster on field for you to use this card. i can see this card being used in certain decks .

I can see this being used in mirror matches. Imagine playing Ritual Beasts, and using this card to banish your opponent's Ulti-Apelios or Ulti-Cannahawks...Opponent immediately loses their win conditions.
