This is simple. All you do is come up with a one-sentence reason to ban whoever posted above you. For example:

I ban Voltage Cutlass Diana for not realizing that she is the OP and trying to make an example.

You can make whatever nonsensical reason you please to ban someone. Have fun!

I'll ban the person above me for trying to make the forum active. And then I'll ban the person below for trying to make a reason to ban me.
