Pre-Game
The confirmation phase is to ensure that players have read and understood their role PMs. The mafia private topic is open for use during this period. Players should confirm by responding to their role PM with their assigned alignment and role. Simply posting in a private topic may not constitute confirmation. Pre-game lasts for 48 hours or until all players have submitted valid confirmations, whichever occurs first.

Day
The Day phase ends at deadline or when a simple majority of votes occur. Day phases will have a deadline of 2 weeks. The mafia private topic is open during the day. Deadline extensions will be granted only in extreme circumstances.

Players may chose to vote or unvote by placing their votes in bold (VOTE: Necruta UNVOTE) Votes that are not in bold will not be counted.
If a mafia member is lynched day 1, he must confirm that a townie is in fact a townie.
If a townie is lynched day 1, he will have a 1-shot day vig ability.
If there is 1 scum and 1 townie left, it is considered a scum victory.

Twilight
The Twilight phase is the period between the hammer vote (i.e., the last vote that put someone at a majority) and the beginning of the Night phase. Once a majority is reached, no further votes or unvotes will count. All players, including the lynched player, are allowed to talk in Twilight phase until the thread is locked, at which point Day ends. Dead players may not post until the game has been officially declared over.

Night
This doesn't exist here. The game is nightless meaning that the night phase will not happen.

General Rules
In general, anything that may be seen as underhanded that is not in this post may still be against the rules. Attempts to abuse technicalities in the rules will be considered rule violations.

• Activity - Prods are automatically issued after 48 hours of inactivity. Players who have been prodded have 48 hours to post in the game thread before a replacement is sought. Saturday and Sunday is considered a 24-hour period. An excessive number of prods can lead to replacement without further notice.
  
• Civility - Please keep the game civil and avoid personal attacks. Use of homophobic, racist, sexist, or any other derogatory slurs will not be tolerated and get you fiorum banned.
  
• Discussion of Ongoing Games - While this game is running, you may not discuss this game anywhere outside of the game thread unless you have been explicitly allowed to do so. You may not discuss any other game in this thread before it has been declared over.
  
• What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas - Do not quote, or pretend to quote, any private communication, including game-related PMs, instant messages, and QuickTopics. Quoting time stamps from any private communication is also forbidden. Paraphrasing is allowed; quoting from public sources is also allowed.
  
• Hidden Messages - If it is not visible to the naked eye, do not post it. This includes but is not limited to: invisible text, tiny text, encrypted text, and text hidden within tags. For cases of breadcrumbing where you aren't sure if this rule would be violated, please PM me beforehand.
  
• Play to Win - Players are expected to play to their win condition. Do not purposefully act against the interests of your faction out of your boredom or anger.

As much as I would like to take a break from Mafia, I feel like the two-week days would give me enough time to think between my posts and allow for some time to not have to worry as much, regardless of my role.

I got a role setup I can do with 3 nerds playing. Meaning if no one else joins, I'll eventually just start this.

When, in the second game I wrote: "I'll be investigating you closely Tort, very, very closely" and bolded it does that count as a Hidden Message?

Bolding phrases is very not hidden, everyone can see them.

Also, I'm deciding that this is the last game I'm hosting for awhile unless I feel like hosting another after this one. I'm getting burnt out from hosting.

Updated the rules to fit the qualifications of the role list. Without further ado, let's get started! I'm not asking for confirmation on roles because I already fucked up with Role pms. Rip me.

Anyhow, no lynches currently at the moment, and it takes 3 votes to lynch.

I want to take a moment to go over the special rules for this game:

"This game is Nightless"
Self-explanatory. It seems the Mafia won't be able to kill at Night (since there isn't one). If Town dies, it's because of lynching.

I'm not sure if this refers to this sort of setup or if it's this game specifically. If it's the latter, I'm assuming there are two Mafia and two Town, otherwise this rule would be a moot point.

I'm not entirely sure what this means. I guess the person who dies get to choose someone to kill?

If the above assumptions are correct, that means we have to get the lynch correct, otherwise it'll end in the Mafia's victory.

Mafia member confirming a townie is for this 4 player set up only. There is 2 vanilla townies, and 2 vanilla scum.

If a townie is lynched, he basicly becomes a day viglante. Meaning he gets to kill a dude during the day whenever he wants to.

Yes The town has to lynch the correct people to win. If you wish to, I can provide some links to games where this set up is used for reference.
