Personality: Ousay has developed an extremely cold personality due to his circumstances as an orphan, but tends to warm up to those that he gets close too.
Traits: Slight British accent
History: Ousay was orphaned at a young age and spent most of his life on the streets fending for himself , and was barely getting enough to eat each day. At the after of 16 he was the proper age of work. Knowing this this he went around finding any jobs that would take him in order to provide for himself ( Most of the jobs at the time were that of construction and heavy lifting, so he had gained a sizable amount of muscle mass). At the age of 18 Ousay was very well known around his city as the boy that would help anyone with their problems if they had the proper means to pay him. After Ousay has amassed enough money he had one mission at that moment, and that was to help anyone else who had been in his situation. Using all his money he had bought a fairly large warehouse and had retrofitted it with everything an orphanage would need, to multiple rooms, beds, water, kitchen, lounge etc. Ousay would then go out and almost "adopt" as many orphaned kids he was fortunate to find. He would bring them in and give them a home. Over the next 3 years he would have volunteers come in and provide education, and toys to the children. Even though Ousay still goes around looking for jobs to pay for his orphanage, at time he gets donations from the generous people in the city willing to help. Currently Ousay houses 34 children in his orphanage. He is loved by mostly all the kids he had brought in, most calling him big bro.

Drawback: weapon doubles its original weight after usage ( lasts 5 posts)

Effect: The swords weight is reduced 3 fold becoming much lighter

Drawback: sword gains 10 pounds ( lasts 4 posts)
Cost: 1
Effect: If atlas cuts any surface a line will appear matching the length of the cut and anything that goes above that line will be tripled in weight ( max range of 2 meters above the line)

Drawback: Atlas will gain 40 pounds after

Effect: A shock-wave will come out of atlas's blade that has a max range of 10 meters. When the wave is released Atlases weight drops by 70 pounds, but whatever is hit by he wave will increase by 100 pounds.

Drawback: Atlas cannot use any of its abilities for 8 posts
Cost: 5
Effect: Atlas will strike the ground affecting a 8 meter radius were if anything non organic enters the affected surface its weight will quadruple.

I will only approve this if you agree to not let this affect other characters' bodies. Most of these would kill someone with so much weight near instantly.
