---Mission Report Start---

   The VIP was successfully brought back to Beacon safely. I was able to obtain the information he had on the location of my precious rose. It was said she was last seen at Mt. Glenn, killing Grimm. My next task will be to create a group of students to send there and explore for details. Unfortunately, this task may be delayed. Many students had died during the battle that had occured between them and the white fang, 8 to be exact. Even so, the students fought well, and surely made a dent in the resources the white fang have access too. For now, I will have to regroup my students, train them to be the best hunters and huntresses they can be. A new batch of students are comming in, which means I need to reassign teams. I will be sending them on a training mission on a few days to test their skills. Right now, they need to be situated with their teams. They will wait in the main hall until I have time to welcome them to beacon.

Let the games begin.

OOC: You all got back from the last mission, some of you have dead team mates, new players are new students arriving. You will be in the main hall or your dorms and have free reign to interact. You have been told what your teams will be but they have yet to be officially assigned.

during the last two weeks Kino had just gotten back to his job and proceeded to live about normally, obviously he was still banged up but not enough where the manager  would have sent him home...unfortunately. however he had recently gotten his first check from the job and figured he might as well spend it on something he needs. he was thinking about a new sword, maybe something to hang up in his dorm room. than it hit him.... he needs a new arm.

(present time)
Kino had just walked out of a shop that was in the town his job was in. the store seamed a bit runed down and obviously dident get much business, but kino went in it anyways. he looked down at his left hand, his hole left arm was back...however it was completely robotic now. he flexed his fingers of his left hand, his brain instantly flashing back to when it had gotten cut off by what ever attacked him when the school was attacked. he than got a shooting pain soon after where his left shoulder would be, he flinched slightly after being caught off guard by the pain. the guy did say it will hurt for a couple days.

kino sighed before he cracked his neck as well as his right arm, the cracking sound loud and obvious to anyone around him. "what now..." he asked himself out loud as crowds of people passed by him. he was thinking about checking up on julia to see how she was doing, but he than remembered how she acted when 2 weeks ago, the day two of his team members died. "maybe ill just go walk around..." he thought to himself, not wanting to bother julia now. he cant really go get lunch, after buying the robotic arm hes broke as fuck.

Brandon was in his dorm room, looking around. It felt strange. He looked down to his pendant and remembered the tragedy of two weeks ago. Many of his friends had died on the battlefield; including his second in command of Team BQTH. His thoughts were everywhere. Focusing on how the others must have felt losing people close to them. As for himself, Brandon liked Harblu though knew she had her own issues that needed to be sorted out.

However out of his friends from the other teams, his thoughts went to Julia. He only lost one member but she lost two innocent people. Well... one was innocent and the other was crazy but he was still a good person at heart. He knew that he needed to comfort her, but the main issue was trying to get to her in the first place.

Brady then sat up from his bed and strapped the massive weapon he had on his back. There was no telling when the Grimm could attack. So being armed at all times was crucial. He then left the room to get some fresh air with his gun strapped to his back. His clothes were that of a bartender, however he had bands of ammo for his gun encircling his chest. And with that, Brady left his dorm room to wander the campus.

Torch was slumped against a bench in the main hall, his arms extended resting on the top of the bench and his wrists dangling from the other end. Torch was staring up at the ceiling going over the events of the escort mission. They had successfully brought in the VIP and had gotten away from that odd women with pink and brown hair. Torch had dealt with the mech and any white fang member that tried to stop him. The mission was branded a success, but to him, and surely others ,the victory felt small compared to the 8 students who died. The one that was bothering him the most being Harblu, one of his own team members. What if he hadn't had run off with the VIP in the woods? What if he stayed and fought? Would she still be alive? For all he knew if he was there he could have provided extra protection. Would anyone else had not died if they didn't scatter from the women? Then again, majority of the group had taken a substantial amount of damage, some not even being in fighting condition, for all he knew if they did stay they would have all died. Torch could imagine how hard this must be on Brady, having a teammate die when he was in charge.
Torch exhaled," Definitely the opposite of awesome."

Gyro Al Dente was at the main hall simply sitting down at one of the myriad of tables. He was one of the new students who had arrived recently. A new environment means getting to know new people but really his options for talking were limited beside the other new students. However he was simply thinking about something else.

"I wonder what he's doing?" Gyro had asked himself while reading a book about Grimm and about their natural state. He was referring to his brother, Django when he had asked this question. For Gyro to be at Beacon is simply one more step for training in order to become a Huntsman and meet up with his brother once more. While that isn't the only reason why he became a Huntsman, that is one of the goals he has in his mind. Right now he's just simply reading.

kino was currently walking back towards beacon. both his robotic hand and his real hand in the pockets of his black jeans. his sleeveless t-shirt being the only thing he was wearing on his upper body, his robotic arm completely revealed, but he dident care. during the last mission his coat had been torn to shreds, completely beyond repair, sure he was sad about it but after he herd two of his team members died, it seamed to little. he dident cry, he dosent even feel like doing so. he couldn't understand it himself, why losing two of his team members dident bother him as much as it did julia. when he had arrived to beacon he walked though the main room before walking through the lounge, not saying a word to anyone even if they had talked to him. its not that he was ignoring them, he just wouldn't notice them as he had his head set on, playing his favorite music on full blast. he went straight to his room.

At the top of beacon, where there was but a small area to sit on, sat a young woman. Black wings wrapped around her body, keeping her warm amidst the gentle breeze that flew through the high sky. Her eyes were wide, staring down on the ground below, her scarlet hair a blazing red so striking you could see it from the ground. She breathed in deeply before sighing, then breathing in again, then sighing again. There was a swimming mess of emotions in her eyes, thoughts swimming in her head.

Confusion. Excitement. Sorrow. And most of all, a deep feeling of perverse belonging. This was what happened after war. These were the consequences: the mourning for countless who died for their cause, and in its likeness, celebration for those who had died honorably. A small smile made her lips twitch, eyes slowly calming. It was comforting, that after all these years of dreaming, studying, and training, she was on the front; and she planned to stay here and make her mark.

Slowly, the woman stood up, letting the gentle breeze brush over her body, wings extending and ruffling in the wind. Her eyes closed, as if feeling the air. Waiting. After a few moments, they snapped open again, and she jumped off the building, diving head-first towards the ground. She waited for a bit, letting the wind rush past her face, before she veered sharply upwards, leveling out as she went soaring just ten feet over the ground, even over a few students. As she banked her wings forward to slow, she eventually settled on the ground, a five minute walk from the front door to Beacon. Satisfied with her performance and the state of the school, Morrigan walked towards the doors, her wings blocking out the sky behind her.

In the weeks after the mission all teams that had participated in extracting the VIP were splintered, some far more than others, and thus the surviving students remained on Academy grounds. Kali herself had lost two of her team mates. In the wake of this she locked herself in the library nearly all time, avoiding human contact like the plague and emerging herself in a world of fantasy.

Closing her most recent book Kali let out a soft sigh and looked around the room. As usual there were few people here which suited her just fine, she didn't much care for interacting with Faunus' especially after what she had witnessed the White Fang do nor did she feel comfortable around humans. She wondered how the other surviving member of her team was taking the losses of life, Kali hadn't seen much of Blaze after that day.

Shaking her head Kali pulled another book from the shelf and opened to the first page.

*Flashback two weeks ago*
Julia and her team were fighting off as many White Fang as possible, she had a grudge against them after being forced to be a member for awhile, sneaking into Beacon to try and get some.info from Weiss, but she turned on them, this was more then just a normal brawl, this was a war. As they fought Kino was separated from the team leaving Kiba,Zach and Julia at a disadvantage, fighting as much as they could, Julia made one fatal mistake. Charging at a large group of White Fang, bloodlust in her eyes, she abandoned Kiba and Zach, when she got her thoughts together she tried to regroup with Kiba and Zach, only to find their lifeless corpses on the ground. Struck by rage Julia dropped onto all fours and turned feral, ripping apart any member of white fang in her sight, when Kino found her not long after she was back to normal, but her once joy filled eyes were filled with sorrow and despair, she fought off tears as she walked away from kino, the battle having finally ended.

*Present time*
Julia was sitting on a tall column in the main hall, she wore her school uniform with her hair tied back in a ponytail, her pearly white hair had some red in it however, at first it was just the blood from the fight, but after showering she dyed about a quarter of it Red. Julia's tail was wrapped neatoy around her waist and her ears were down slightly, her eyes looking off into seemingly nothingness. Julia's once cheerful and happy personality was all but gone currently, replaced by a saddened and despair filled one, she seemed to be humming something to herself right now, anyone passing down below would most likely hear it.

when kino had gotten to his room he went straight to his closet. it was wierd for him not to where somthing like a jacket all the time, which is exacly what he was looking for. he had than pulled out what looked like a black leather jacket along with a gray hoodie. he looked at both of them before sighing, he couldn't decide which he wanted to where. he than had gotten a idea. he first put the gray hoodie over his sleeveless shirt, than he put the black leather jacket over the hoodie. both the jacket and hoodie unziped and opened as he walked over to the body mirror in his room. he shrugged "why not" he said out loud. he smiled before he looked over at his duel swords. he hadent been wearing them lately, they have just been picking up dust in the corner. he kind of felt bad for just leaving them there, so he picked them both up and placed the sheathes on his back in a X pattern. drawing his left side sword with his left hand he swings it around slowly, keeping the pace for a little while before picking it up a bit. but once he got fast with his movements, he got the pain in his shoulder again. causing his robotic arm to stiffen up and drop the blade. he sighed "this needs to hurry up and fix itself like the guy said" he said out loud as he flexed his robotic finger's. after grabing a glove from his drawer and puting it over his left hand, he picked the sword back up and sheathed it, now walking out of the dorm room.

a few moments later he came out in the main hall. he had looked over to his right and saw julia, he mainly noticed her because of the huming. "uh hay julia" he said to her whilerasing his right arm and waving to her while his left robotic hand was in his pocket. his headphones around his neck.

Brady had gotten down to the main hall, weapon in tow on his back when he saw Kino and Julia. Thinking about it for a bit, he then decided to go talk to them. Walking up to them, Brady extended a friendly hello to both Kino and Julia before leaning back on a wall close to the pillar. He could not bear to see Julia in this level of sadness and despair.

Even though he only lost one person, he could still feel for Julia and how she lost two people in combat. It would be devastating to anyone losing a friend to the gruesome jaws of war and combat. And if anyone knows true despair, it was him. After all, what happened to him many years ago still haunts Brady to this day. But he needed to make a conversation to Julia. Anything to try and bring her out of this slump of depression. The problem was though finding something to converse with her about without confronting the issue head on.

The doors to the main hall opened, causing a brief breeze of wind to fill the area over time. The breeze was gentle and calm, almost serene in nature as it came from a hooded figure who stood in the doorway. The figure would be holding a set of bags in his right hand and in his left he would be gripping his apparent weapon--a mechanical sword with what appeared to be a trigger upon the hilt, sheathed in a scabbard that also had a trigger and an ammo pouch upon it; some type of gunblade. As the figure stood, he looked around at the various students who didn't seem to pay much mind to him or the breeze, which was understandable as he didn't burst into the room but rather he sort of crept in.

Declan's eyes scanned the area some more before he walked into the main hall, his black hoodie covering the top of his head--and his wolf ears--making him seem completely human to the untrained eye. He had slightly pale white skin and dark brown eyes that appeared black under his hood, but his demeanor was gentle and he seemed approachable, though quiet and to himself. Finding a spot in the main hall where he could be alone, he sat down and rested his back against the wall, placing down his bags, awaiting for some kind of call to move. Until then, however, he reached into his bag and grabbed a book with a black cover, its frame falling apart and the title scratched away from age, but he enjoyed reading this book time and time again, which showed by the small grin he had while reading it.

kino looked to his left at brady before saying "hey" to him. seeing him lean agence the wall near the pillar. he looks up at julia before sighing "are you just going to be silent this entire time?" he asked her before knocking on the pillar with his robotic arm. his robotic hand and arm covered up the the sleeve of his jacket and the fabric of his glove. "ya know how long she has been like this?" he asked brady after he turned twords him and waked over to him

Julia seemed lost in her own world, ignoring Kino and Brady even though they were so close to her, after a minute or so her eyes looked at the both of them, she stopped humming and adjusted her ponytail "Hello Boy's...hope your staying out of trouble" she said softly, around her neck was a pendant, engraved on it was the initials "JKKZ". Julia looked up at the ceiling, taking a deep breath before hopping off the pillar,undoing the ponytail and letting her hair fall free "What's up?..." She asked them both, her head tilted to the side gently before she turned her head and saw the new student walk in, a slight smile on her face as she knew more students would be coming soon.

The sun was brighter then evernas the rays bursted from behind the clouds. The air was crisp and clean as people in the neighboring town rove around within the hustle and bustle. Leaving a bake shop was an average sized boy with messy jet black hair. Shoving one of the many donuts he had in his bag into his mouth as he ran towards the academy. He appears to have been traveling by foot for days as his runming speed appears to be slow.

After a few hours he managed to make it to the main doors of the school. The meer sight of the building left him mesmerized as his face was left with childlike joy. This was going to be a new life, one without cows and one that wouldnt keep him locked to one place.

"Hello Beacon, here I come!"

Brady shook his head. "I only just got here man. By the way, congrats on getting your new arm." He then looked to Julia and said, "Hey Julia. You doing alright?" Brady's voice was calm and concerning as he asked his friend. He was worried that this incident would leave scars. They always do. He then sighed and leaned back against his wall.

"I remember this book I read once... There was a character beloved by all the fans who died partway through the story. The rest of the book detailed a friend of the character who faced the five stages of grief; Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance."

Brady took a sigh before he continued on with the tale.

"When that person was within the claw of depression over the death of his friend, he met another suffering from a similar fate. It was then that the friend learned of the truth. Confronting this bystander who was enraged and saying he could not understand his pain, the friend soon delivers a description on death."

"Its like someone shot a cannonball through your stomach, leaving a great, big hole. Eventually, it starts to close back up from the outside in... And one day, it will feel different. Like a load has been lessened from your being. Of course then you'll hear a song or somebody will laugh or the wind will blow the wrong way; forcing the hole to tear back open. Believe it or not, the hole does close faster every time.

A death is not like losing a job or getting divorced. You don't 'get over it.' You have to work it into your life however you can. Learn to live with it even. But... life does get better over time."

Brady then left the pillar and went towards Julia, putting a hand on her shoulder. When she would look up, Brady had on a smile. "So... really all I am trying to say is just cheer up Julia. Life will get better for us after all. It just may be slow at its currant pace."

"i see and thanks man. took long enough to be honest....cant wait to use both of my swords again" he said to brady before he looked over to julia. puting on a smile he waves his left hand at her before scratching the back of his head with it "nothing really...just been working" he said to her, obviously trying to show off the new arm to her without saying anything. kino than blinked a few times before he looked behind him. he saw quaid siting on the floor embaressed for some odd reason. he blink a few more times before looking to brady and julia and asking "how long was he there?". he hadent noticed him until just than,

Julia looked at Brady and listened to the story before shaking her head "I'm fine, seriously..." Julia glanced and saw Kino was using his left arm "Dummy...took you long enough to get one" she said before peeking over towards Quaid, obviously trying to avoid the question about depression.

kino laughed a bit before saying "well. now...." he said, his voice trailing off before he snuck up behind julia "i can pet you with both hands!" he shouted a bit before gently petting her head with both of his hands. a smile on his face as he did that. he was obviously trying to chear her up. he than kicked quid behind him while his back was to quid. not hard enough to annoy him just to get his attention.

Julia blushed softly as Kino began to pet her head, her ears twitched ever so slightly, she moved out of his grip "I'd...I'd rather not be pet... especially right now" Julia glanced over at Quaid, examining him for any left over injuries from the fight. Julia gave a solemn nod to Quaid "Hey Q...good to see your still up and running..we all took a hell of a beating didn't we?" She gave a soft laugh "I mean look at us! How many people did we lose? All those young lives, full of so much potential! Ripped away like they were nothing, what kind of hero's are we supposed to be?"

Torch sat up straight and closed his fists. I can't dwell on this, I've seen countless members die for the crew, as long as that death was honorable it's best to keep going. Torch pulled out on of his new guns he had been working on for the past few months. It was designed as a classic flintlock with a orange marble design with silver engravings as well as a decorative rope. Torch hadnt come up a name for it or its other twin yet. What with the destruction of his old calibers he and his closest friend had made, it didn't feel right naming these, sort of felt like a permanent replacement for them.
Torch remeberd the day 2 weeks ago when when he had to sacrifice his weapons for quads and the VIP's safety. They were running full speed towards the air craft which quad had luckly located , as they where nearing the pick up point 3 Mecha, same as the one they fought before, emerged from the woods and began to surround the duo and the VIP, torch handed the VIP's protection to quad and told him to run, he would deal with the Mech's. Torch knew that that statement itself was a large stretch, it took both his guns to take one out, but now there where 3. As torch attacked them relentlessly as well as dodging for the most part, he allowed them to sneak by. After a couple of damaging hits to both torch and the Mech's he knew he had to take all 3 of them out together or this was his final resting spot. Torch looked at the calibers in hand and said something under his breath, mostly thanking the mechanic for the wonderful guns provided , as well as saving his ass for the second time. In the original design torch wanted a fail safe, if the guns over heated they could release a violent explosion capable of taking out the ship, but the mechanic was against it. " You are a pirate my boy, what's the point of having restraints when our whole premise is living free, not giving a damn, and sticking our fists straight up dangers ass!!!!" Torch began to increase the calibers temperature rapidly, not long steam began to lift off its surface, the guns began to vibrate, and a loud humming followed. Torch ran towards the Mech's and began to let lose the flame throwers, the guns began to malfunction as flamethrower streams cut off abruptly ever so often. Already disabling the guided missiles he began to lure the Mech's together so the blast would hit them all. Torch pulled the trigger but nothing came out. The heat radiating from the runs itself would burn anyone else without a resistance. Torch leaped from on of the Mech's backs away from them and into the woods, however left over were not just his guns, but all the red dust he had on him. As the weapons and dust began to decent to the 3 Mech's, torch stuck out both middle fingers at them as they faced him. Suddenly a large and extremly violent explosion followed, the shockwave from the blast threw torch agaisnt a tree and he fell down cold, a large plume of smoke ascended into the air and the vegetation near the blast was all but torched. In the center of the blast laid the molten remans of the 3 mechs.

After they had been brought back Orajeo went to visit macky who had been hospitalized due to private reasons, hoping to bring him up to speed and see how his recovery had been going. Sadly he quickly was informed that he had died from his injuries, while he didn't care that much for him it still was the first death he was confronted with while his dominant side wasn't active. Saddened by the loss of one of his team mates he went to his dorm hoping that his other team mates would at least cheer him up a bit.

As he got closer and closer to his dorm a weird stench lingered in the air which seemed to come from his dorm room. As he tried to open the doors he noticed that they wouldn't budge. He sighed and removed his cape from his shoulders and turned it into sword. As it did small pieces of flesh could be seen falling out of it. He swung at the wall and cut through it. Once he had pierced the wall he was blasted with the smell of decay enough for him to throw up and feel nauseous. Turning his blade back into a cape he tied it around his mouth and nose and walked in. Only to be met with thr malnourished bodies of his teammates as every entrance or exit had been blocked.

Everything in the room was the way it was a few days ago for him but everything was extremely dusty and taking a quick look at the bodies it seemed like no one had done anything here in about a year. He didn't know what had happened maybe one of their semblences was time based and went out of control causing the room and them to rapidly skip through time. Upon a closer look thr metal windows and doors had rusted shut so he shattered the windows allowing the stench to at least escape outside. He had to report this to the headmaster, he sighed while all the emotions he were trying to surpress were starting to awaken his komodo side. So he ran from his room and headed up to the roof where he saw a girl jumping off the building.

'Currently not my problem. First I have to calm down THEN I have to go to the headmaster.' He thought as he sat down trying to calm down.
